It doesn't seem to me that the emulator is linux compatible, contrary to what is said in the article.
The download returns an .exe ... so unless you have a VM or can miraculously make a winelike work ... it's dead.
Indeed, I just checked and the Linux version is no longer available (discontinued by Plarium). Thanks for reporting this! The only way to play Raid on Linux is to install a compatible emulator like Genymotion (but you have to pay for it).
