Update 3.1 from Genshin Impact : King Deshret and the Three Magi

Your journey to Sumeru has just begun, as confirmed by the live version of Genshin Impact 3.1: King Deshret and the Three Magi. From September 28, 2022, you will be able to discover the desert part of Sumeru, which looks absolutely amazing in pictures and which follows the jungle of Genshin Impact 3.0. There you can meet new characters like Cyno and Candace, but also face new bosses. The banners of the 3.1 update of Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact 3.1 promises new adventures that are, to say the least, muscular! To finish them off, we will once again have the possibility to summon 4 5-star characters, 2 of which are new.

First part of patch 3.1

During the first game of Genshin Impact 3.1, you can try to summon Venti, the Archon Anemo and/or Cyno, a 5-star Electro character, which promises to be a fun gameplay. His elemental rampage allows him to transform, Razor-like, to inflict massive Electro damage.

They will both be accompanied by Candace, a 4-star Hydro heroine, capable of generating shields.

Second part of patch 3.1

During the second part, you will have the opportunity to unlock Nilou, a 5 star Hydro heroine that you already had the chance to meet in the first part of the Archon of Sumeru quest! This one will be played mostly in support and will be able to boost the Hydro and Dendro characters.

At the same time, you'll benefit fromAlbedo's rerun, an excellent Geo support inflicting off-field area damage with his elemental skill.

New area of Sumeru: the desert

The 3.1 update to Genshin Impact : King Deshret and the Three Mages, will unveil a brand new area within Sumeru: the desert part. This is the complete opposite of the lush jungle you were able to explore in patch 3.0.

This area is clearly inspired by Egypt and offers a very different, but also hostile environment. You will be able to face two new bosses.

It is also within the desert of Sumeru that Archon's quest continues with parts III and IV. If parts I and II were quite calm, the continuation is more epic and will mark the return of Scaramouche!

The events of the 3.1 update of Genshin Impact

As usual, this new update of Genshin Impact will offer its share of events; a great opportunity to win Primogems and other rewards.
In addition, you should get a free Collei by completing theAbyss floor 4. If you have already validated it, you will get it directly.

Ballads and ambrosia: the main event of the 3.1 update of Genshin Impact

Ballads and ambrosia takes place in Mondstadt. You can learn more about Razor's past and meet a brand new character: Mika.

This event will be divided into 4 parts, you will be able to hunt boars, fight enemies, manage a store, but also open chests in Mondstadt.

The event will feature a new 4-star weapon: the Seasonal Wind Spear.

Chasse aux vents will then offer you gliding challenges in dungeons.

Journey in search of the stars

The event Journey to the stars will be more focused on exploration and reloading items.

Hyakunin Ikki

The 3.1 update of Genshin Impact will also mark the return of the Hyakunin Ikki event. These are team fights with enchantments each time.

A new permanent game mode

We've been waiting for it for a long time: HoYoverse finally adds a new permanent activity to Genshin Impact. However, it's not really about battles as expected, but a card game featuring the heroes of the RPG! This game mode will be available as of the 3.3 update of Genshin Impact.

An anime Genshin Impact in preparation

The card game was not the only surprise of this live presentation of the 3.1 since HoYoverse also announced that an anime on Genshin Impact was in preparation. It is a collaboration with the studio Ufotable, which has notably realized Demon Slayer.
