The release of Knight's Edge marks the arrival of a little game that is a bit different. Even if its graphics and gameplay can bring it closer to a title like Archerobut it doesn't offer the same formula. I present to you this clever 3v3 game that refreshes the cartoon team PvP formula with a fun challenge. If you like to keep up to date with the latest releases, this is your chance too... since the game was released recently on Android and iOS!
At the time of release, Knight's Edge states on its Playstore or Appstore page that it offers PvE and PvP co-op. So, just like in Archero, you will be able to go through many levels, fight multiple creatures and face bosses with special powers. The game is played with one hand. So you only need one finger to move your character to attack an enemy monster. With each Knight's Edge level run, you accumulate money to buy equipment to strengthen your character, his weapon, his armour, etc.
But what makes this game with its cartoonish graphics so special is its PvP mode. When I say PvP, I mean a team arena mode where players fight each other directly. However, the 3v3 game is more like a time trial. You can play with your friends or just other players and play in challenge mode against the opposing team. Finding a mobile game for 3 is not always easy, Knight's Edge may be the solution.
This means that both teams complete the same Knight's Edge level and try to make the best time. For each main game completed before the opposing team, players who have completed that section can go through a portal to go and mess with their opponents. In this way, they can directly attack their characters, which they do not see during their normal dungeon run. If players in the opposing dungeon die, they instantly respawn in their own version of the dungeon. This allows them to resume their progress immediately.
In summary, Knight's Edge offers PvE against various bosses with a character upgrade system per run, but also a fun PvP multiplayer mode with a rather original mechanic. It's a free-to-play 3v3 mobile game. So, try it with your friends!
