Bad news for fans of the management game developed by ConcernedApe who play on their phone. The Stardew Valley 1.5 mobile update is still a long time coming and for the moment, there is still no official release date! While the latest version has arrived on Nintendo Switch after being released first on PC,iOS andAndroid users are left out for the moment... They will have to wait to discover the new contents of this big update.
The mobile community shouldn't be too upset, as they are used to having to wait for an extra delay. While Stardew Valley passed the one million mobile download mark last year, the farming simulation game can count on the loyalty of its players.
For those who don't know the story behind Stardew Valley, you should know that behind the game is one and the same person: Eric Baronne aka ConcernedApe. He worked solo on the game since 2012 before releasing it in 2016 (PC). Even today, he refuses to have a big team behind him to support him... Thus, he does a huge amount of work, which also explains why some projects like porting the MAJs to mobile take a little time. It should also be noted that mobile players only represent a minority of the Stardew Valley community (about one tenth).
While waiting for the long-awaited release of Stardew Valley 1.5 mobile, players can still keep themselves busy by reading the huge patch note. Some of the most notable new features include:
