TFT patch 11.4 is out today and big changes are in store. Some very, very heavy stuff is coming to the game and the current meta will be shaken up! In particular, you will say goodbye to the compositions reroll which will be much less efficient and you will notice that the mechanics of the elected champions have changed.

The chances of getting a champion elected in your shop are increased. They increase from 33% to 50%.
Also, the rates for achieving a champion elected at tier 4 have been changed. They have been changed from 60% to 80% for Tier 1 champions and from 40% to 20% for Tier 2 champions.
Note that the additional statistics for elected champions have also been changed:
This new TFT patch changes the game completely, many champions and synergies are heavily impacted, in a bad way.

Only one item is nerfed in this TFT 11.4 patch. This is the Solar Cloak, which will see its delay between 2 burns increase from 2 seconds to 2.5 seconds.
Unlike nerfs, patch 11.4 allows fewer synergies, champions and items to benefit from buffs.
Only the Fanatic trait is buffed. With 9 Fanatics, the magic resistance bonus of Galio is increased from 20 to 60.
The TFT Notes 11.4 patch sent by Riot shows us that 10 champions have been given a buff.

This new TFT 11.4 patch implies a lot of changes in the way of playing: the best compositions of the moment will be totally updated as the meta reroll will disappear with the nerfs of the tier 1 champions (composition nidalee reroll, yasuo, etc).
