Fashion Week is a well-known event that showcases the world's best designers and stylists. But far from the catwalks and glitter, Pokémon GO is also used to participating in the event. In addition to the usual costumes, the developers have teased the introduction of a new Pokémon ! For the moment, it is not yet officially known who will be in the game. But the various clues given are consistent and there is no real suspense... We should therefore soon be able to add to our Pokédex Furfrou Pokémon GO.
To get the final confirmation, you'll have to wait until the Fashion Week event starts on September 21st. The event lasts until September 28 and you'll have to hurry to get your hands on this bushy dog named Furfrou.
The clues that leave no real doubt
The first teaser originally stated that the new Pokémon to be caught during Fashion Week was a "fluffy and fashionable" Pokémon . So the description wasn't exactly accurate and a lot of little monsters ticked those boxes. Today, however, the game's Twitter account didn't mince its words. The mystery Pokémon has still not been named, but we do know what it looks like... so we're sure it's Furfrou Pokémon GO!
Furfrou is a Pokémon of the normal type and belongs to the 6th generation. This dog is similar to a large white dog, very hairy. He has the particularity to change his appearance depending on his grooming. There are 10 different haircuts, each more eccentric than the last. The bad tongues will say that it is a big poodle which is not useful in the game, but we are not here to make value judgements.
How to get Furfrou Pokémon GO?
That's the big question on everyone's mind. But for now, Niantic is keeping the information under wraps and we'll have to wait and see. It's not clear yet if there will be a spawn story at specific locations and times. But if the developers are doing what they always do, we'd bet on missions to be completed in the search function to get Furfrou in Pokémon GO.
In terms of attacks, we can assume that Furfrou Pokémon GO learns attacks like Ball Blast, Bite or Vengeance as secondary attacks. And as a primary attack, it should surely inherit a small Charge. When we tell you that this Pokémon doesn't break a leg Farfetch'd.
