Descenders release: the extreme mountain bike game comes to mobile

Descenders release on Android and iOS

Put on your helmet and hop on your bike with Descenders release on iOS and Android. Extreme sports fans can now enjoy the game from No More Robots on mobile. Let's find out what's in store for this downhill mountain bike roguelike.

Descenders release on Android and iOS

Descenders release on Android and iOS comes three years after the one on PC and consoles. If the original version was developed by the studio RageSquid, the publisher No More Robots called on Noodlecake for the mobile port.

As a reminder, Descenders is a downhill mountain bike game whose courses are generated procedurally, like a roguelike.

Each game is therefore totally unique. Here, it is impossible to replay a track to learn the smallest details and improve your score. In Descenders, it is your instincts that prevail and your ability to adapt that are put to the test.

Although the courses are all different, a reputation ranking allows players to compete against each other to win rewards. Choose to join the Arboreal, Enemy or Kinetic team, and defend your colors with your teammates.

A two joysticks gameplay

Descenders release on iOS and Android adapts the gameplay of the original version with the materialization of two joysticks to allow precise control of all movements of your pilot.

Indeed, although reaching the end of the track without falling is already a first success, it is the realization of tricks that allows you to win a maximum of points.

Descenders release on Android and iOS: gameplay

The faster your bike, the more points you score with your tricks. It's up to you to take risks to achieve the best score while completing the course. It will take a little time to get used to all the subtleties of the gameplay, but the margin of progress will be even greater.

That's it for the Descenders release. The game is available on Android and iOS for 11.99 euros, which is about half the price of the Steam version. To keep up with all the releases, I invite you to check out our new mobile games page.
