A Wangshan Walk to Remember is one of Chenyu Vale's world quests in Genshin Impact. This world quest is not sealed behind a prerequisite quest, which means you can jump right into it and start without worrying about another quest. How to Start the A Wangshan Walk to Remember Quest in Genshin Impact

Visit Yilong Wharf and head to the upper part of the area. Find Huang the Third and speak with him to initiate the 'A Wangshan Walk to Remember' quest. This quest has no prerequisite, so feel free to start it whenever you want.

A Wangshan Walk to Remember - Go to Wangshan Hall

Teleport to the Mt. Lingmeng area and follow the quest marker. In that area, you will meet Huang the Third and Wen the Fourth. Speak with them to proceed with the quest.

Complete the Plum Blossom Pole Trial - A Wangshan Walk to Remember

In this challenge, you will encounter multiple thick poles erected. To complete this challenge, simply jump on these poles in the proper order. Failure to do so will require you to repeat the challenge. Don't worry, as the correct sequence will be indicated. After speaking with Huang the Third, you will be prompted to follow him once again for the next trial.

Once again, follow Huang the Third where you will receive the instructions for the next trial. For the second trial, you will have to complete the Trial of Spear and Sword which requires taking down red bamboo dummies to accomplish. However, keep in mind that you should only strike dummies that are dressed in red, otherwise you'll risk repeating the trial.

Open Wangshan Halls' Gates - A Wangshan Walk to Remember Quest

Head to the location where you first spoke with Wen the Fourth, and interact with it to open the door. Enter Wangshan Hall and continue walking inside until you meet Huang the Third again.

Follow these glowing spot then speak with Huang the Third.

After a lengthy dialogue, follow Paimon to a stove to cook Paimon's Special Dish. You can choose any of the given responses, as regardless, you will end up pouring tons of salt into the dish anyway.

After cooking the dish, come back to Huang the Third, interact with him and feed him Paimon's Special Dish. After the dialogue, A Wangshan Walk to Remember quest ends, and the Scrolls and Swords Manuals of Guhua begins.

Finishing the quest rewards the following:

Scrolls and Sword Manuals of Guhua in Genshin Impact

After speaking with Huang the Third, you will be given access to the Arcane Archive. Follow the yellow marker and open the gates by interacting with it. Upon opening it, you will find an exquisite chest. Afterwards, continue walking down until you arrive inside the Arcane Archive.

Search the Arcane Archive

Upon arriving, continue walking until you see a small area protected by a spiderweb. Simply destroy it by using any attacks to unlock the common chest and interact with the glowing marker that says "Guhua Notes".

Find the Secret Stashed in the Arcane Archive - A Wangshan Walk to Remember

After interacting with the Guhua Notes, walk toward the center of the archive. Use your elemental sight to reveal the next puzzle that you must solve. For this puzzle, there are five 5 slots and 4 scrolls having different colors. In order to solve it, the slot and the scroll inside must be of the same color, and that can only be done by repositioning each scroll and placing them in the right spot.

To finish the puzzle, move each scroll to the left using the adeptal energy and by pressing T.

As for the yellow slot, you can look to your left and you will find another shelf holding the yellow scroll. Simply take it and place it on the last spot.

After finishing the puzzle, a quick cutscene will appear, showing the mechanism being activated and the water being lowered. Doing so gives you access to another hidden area.

• 20 Primogems

• 25,000 Mora

Complete Trial - Shrouded Vale, Hidden Hero

After lowering the water, continue walking and following the path until you reach a large area with a round platform at the center. Along the way, be sure to open the luxurious chest and activate the teleport waypoint.

After interacting with the stone tablet, multiple waves of enemies will appear. Before reaching this point, ensure that your team is well-prepared, as you will encounter strong enemies.

First Wave:

• Hydro Slime

Second Wave:

• Hilichurl

• Mitachurl

Third Wave:

• Hilichurl Rogue

• Hydro Samachurl

• Geo Samachurl

Fourth Wave:

• 2 Geovishap

For the second wave, it is imperative that you defeat the Hydro Samachurl first as they will continuously heal everyone else making each of your efforts useless.

It's advisable to bring your best teams, as you'll want to defeat them as quickly as possible. In addition to dodging their attacks, multiple water blades will spawn. While their pattern may be somewhat predictable, dodging numerous attacks all at the same time can be challenging.

After finishing the trial, follow the quest navigation towards the sword to conclude the quest.

• 20 Liyue Reputation

• 200 Adventure EXP

• 30 Primogems
