The Light Beast n Summoners War is the fourth creature of the Rift of Worlds that will have to be dealt with. This beast has a special skill that can affect the monsters involved. The Light Beast may cause problems for the teams involved because of its shield which it can deploy and which absorbs the damage inflicted by the enemy.
To defeat it, you will need to have a minimum of speed on the monsters involved to be able to inflict a lot of damage between each shield. As the Light Beast is of light attribute, it is not necessary to favour certain attributes since the elemental attributes only work between them. On the other hand, the darkness attribute is at an advantage and disadvantage against this beast.
As mentioned above, the Light Beast has a shield that can absorb damage. But this is not its only skill:
|Attacks all enemies twice and greatly increases damage depending on how many times the beast becomes enraged. The Beast becomes enraged when the enemy wins a turn.
|Attacks all enemies three times and creates a shield of light. The health of the shield increases with each use of the skill "Light Distortion". The shield absorbs the damage dealt and increases the damage the beast inflicts. If multiple hits are dealt, the damage is gradually reduced.
|Thorn of despair
|Attacks all enemies in the front line twice. Damage increases as the defence weakens. If all monsters in the front line are dead, the attack will target the monsters in the second line.
|Bright breath of anger
|Removes all reinforcement effects from all enemies and attacks them with a violent blast to inflict damage ignoring damage reduction effects.
|Twisted body (passive))
|Gains immunity to all damaging effects in order to weaken damage dealt based on HP. This skill increases the damage received by Darkness Attribute monsters by 50%, but increases the damage dealt to Darkness Attribute monsters by 50%.
It is advisable not to use too many violent runes against this beast, as mentioned in the skill "Light Sweep", since the set of these runes gives 22% of getting an extra turn.
However, concerning the monsters to be used, it is possible to favour mono-hit monsters, but monsters with multi-hits can also be used when the shield is activated.
It is possible to use the same farmable monsters as in the previous rifts to defeat this beast but you can also adapt a team like the following one:
|Role and runages of monsters
|He rune in Blade/Rapid in VIT/DCC%/ATK%. It will serve as an ATB boost for the whole team.
|The Dark homunculus is rune in Violent/Focus in VIT/PV%/PV%. It will allow to be the tanky monster of the team.
|It is rune in Fatal/Blade in VIT/DCC%/PV. Thanks to its mono-hit skills, it will allow you to inflict heavy damage
|He rune in Rage/Lame in ATK%/DCC%/ATK%. To get more chances, he has to be awakened a second time. As with Sigmarus, it will deal high damage.
|Several runages are available such as a Fatale/Lame or a Rage/Lame in ATK%/DCC%/ATK%. With its twin, it will inflict most of the damage.
|She runes to Violent/Blade or Violent/Combat in ATK%/DCC%/ATK%. Same role as for Sabrina.
As mentioned, using monsters with multi-hits can be an advantage if the monsters have good runes.
You should also try to aim for a minimum of 180 speed and a sufficient number of HP (around 25,000 HP). It is essential to remove the shield which gives the beast a definite advantage.
